RfII Statement on the Proposal for a Data Act by the European Commission – May 2022
As a further contribution to the consultation on the Europe-wide legal framework for data sharing the RfII has prepared a new statement on the Commission's proposal for a Data Act. Hereby the RfII reiterates and specifies its recommendations from September 2021 from the viewpoint of academia with a specific focus on the potential of intermediaries, e.g. data trustees.
