RfII Statement on the proposed Data Act of the European Union – September 2021
As a contribution to the consultation on a Europe-wide legal framework for data sharing the RfII has prepared a statement to the Commission’s Inception Impact Assessment for a Data Act. Hereby the RfII addresses data access issues from the viewpoint of academia.
